Hearing The Calling
2023 brought immensely transformational winds of change. It was the year I personally experienced my own death and learned to breathe myself back to a whole new way of life.
A newfound intimate relationship to the Spirit of AIR breathing me into an even deeper authentic expression, revitalized lifeforce, and refined, crystal-clear purpose.
All of which led to the cancellation of the original Breathwork Facilitator Training - and the birth of a new templ(e)ate.

2024 feels like a powerful, expansive year, calling us even deeper into our individual paths & purpose with crystallized devotion, clarity, clearer boundaries, firmness – stepping even deeper into authority of our own path and more authentic being. The time has come for deeper repair, replenishment and renewal to align with the changes arriving.
I will be your teacher - if you will be mine
It is not possible for me to tell you what will happen in this Training & Integration of the Element of Air. Everything I offer unfold intuitively in the present moment – your spirit informing my spirit of what is to unfold. It rests in the Heart of the Mystery.
What I can do, is invite you
into the Universe of my Intention:
In aboriginal culture there is said to be many song-lines across the Earth. Each song-line sings of a specific story that contributes into a coherent Whole. In the same way, each human being carries a unique song-line to Earth. I deeply care about the unique song-line that you carry, and furthermore, how it contributes to the greater good of All.
I see your Heart, Being and story as an instrumental part of this Grand Orchestra of Life. I would never ask a Violin to play like a Drum, which is why there is no desire to “teach” you how to be in relation with the Air and Spirit - nor could I teach you how you are to express yourself as a facilitator. Instead I wish to create a space for your unique channel and connection to open further and wider, so that your unique song-line becomes evermore resonant and clear - for you and for All.
Have you noticed the song of a bird in a cage
- compared to a bird who lives free in the wild?
Without a doubt, their songs still sound glorious in their cage - yet nothing can truly compare to the song of a bird free in the wild. I do not know a single human being who isn’t in some way or another limiting their own unique, free, authentic expression and song-line. Our own conscious/unconscious limiting beliefs creates an illusionary cage around us, which keeps us from expressing our true song – and living our truth. Most of us created this cage in order to protect ourselves, due to our experiences in life. We created bars around us, so that no one could harm our true Inno(Es)sence.
Yet, this very same cage also prevents our InnoEssence from being expressed freely and from touching the Heart of the world. Some of us become aware of this illusionary prison, and then begin dismantling the bars of our cage, one by one. Some bars we can dismantle on our own, and with other bars we can greatly benefit from support of others. This training is devoted to freeing the bird in the cage even further. Accessing and expressing the song-line of our Hearts.
Many speak of humanity being afraid of “death”. To be honest, what I mostly see, is a humanity scared to truly live! Live their impeccable truth. Futhermore, many say that humanity fears the “dark”, but what I see, is people afraid of standing in their own pure, true light. Afraid of fully leaving the cage they feel is suffocating parts of them.
The cage can feel safe, yet the heart yearns for freedom and a new, TRUE sense of safety and belonging which can only be found within Spirit - not a cage. This is where the Element of Air becomes our Ally. It is absolutely no coincidence that the word for Breath and Spirit is the same in multiple languages. A breath into deep surrender to our higher selves and the source of all creation. A deep trust in the higher orchestration of this life & the universal laws that governs every little detail.
All of the Elements have played a vital part in my journey, yet, it is the Element of Air that has nudged me into the core of my being. It opened me up to the realm of the Invisible… to Spirit - and into the Heart of being in Devoted Service for the greater good of self & All. It taught me to listen to that which is my highest teacher. It consistently teaches me to sing my unique song-line freely - weaving it into the fabric of the Earth in unity with yours.
Why am I speaking about song-lines when writing about a Medicine of Air Training? When I speak of your song-line, I do not speak of you literally singing (although I highly encourage you to do so). Your song-line is your truth. Your authentic lived expression, story and offering.
I do not know what brought you into this particular Wayramama - Mother of Air - Universe, and to reading these words?
- Perhaps you wish to become more free from your own cage - or perhaps support others in freeing themselves?
- Perhaps the Element of Air is simply calling your heart at this moment in your journey?
- Perhaps you are already a facilitator, desiring to incorporate the element of Air, Spirit, Breathwork into your 1:1 or group sessions/ceremonies/events/offerings?
- Perhaps you feel that something is calling you to expand further into your Purpose, Heart and Being?
- Perhaps you have yet to find out, why you ended up reading these words? You simply felt the calling!
The answer is part of your Mystery – which is what I love. Truth is, that most of us instinctively KNOW if we are called (or not) to a specific person, training, event, ceremony etc - if we listen and trust that internal voice. In all the trainings I have immersed myself, I just felt/knew when I was called - and I was willing to overcome all obstacles to arrive there!

I have no desire to “convince” anyone to participate. It is an open invitation for those who resonate with this particular Energy of the Wayramama Universe. The people choosing to enter any of the unprogramming-programs I offer, usually feels a deep inner calling – regardless of any words I could write.

Sound Alchemy, Circling
Andreas is deeply committed to working with music and sound as medicine, and all the many modalities that can elicit their therapeutic properties and their ability to initiate the body's own healing mechanisms.
He is trained in sound therapy and work both 1-1 with clients, and with the facilitation of sound journeys and healing for larger groups.
Furthermore he is trained as a Circling facilitator and is at the moment pursuing a training in Circling Coaching.

Bodywork, Inner Child
Christian is a trained body therapist from the school ‘Totum’ and in addition he is trained in ‘Conscious Touch’ and De-armouring. Finally he has received a training from Engleskolen Denmark. and at the moment he is diving deep into the realm of Inner Child Work.
All of his educations affect how he treats – no two treatments are the same, as each person calls for a different approach.

The world is changing swiftly now and at times it feels like it is moving in warp-speed – and so does our personal processes. Many feel a shift in their purpose, and an invitation to take a step further into their heart.

When Wayramama appears in our lives, we are being called to take direct action that will elicit an acute awareness of the natural order in our lives.
Wayramama leads us further into our Hero’s/Heroines Journey and closer to the “Holy Grail” that holds the nectar of our own unique medicine - our song-line - and a deep, inner sense of peace, fulfilment & freedom in our being.
Dissolving the illusionary bars of our cage one by one, spreading our wings wider, soaring on the wings of the winds to a higher perspective and view.
Practicals
What’s included?
3 in-person modules of 5 days each (+closing ceremony).
Access to an online video curriculum.
Teachings in the art of space-holding and facilitation of breathwork both for groups and 1:1.
Teachings on the physical, biological, and spiritual aspects of breathwork.
Energy attunement.
Shadow work to integrate our shadows and purify our energy . Embodying the shadow dancer and the light worker
Accountability & support on how to overcome limiting beliefs and get your own offerings off to the best start.
Online group calls & online modules.
Access to a private online facebook group for support throughout the training.
Two 1-hour 1:1 mentor sessions with Shikoba during/after the training for support / motivation (valid until 31st of December 2024, as many previous participants mostly needed these calls after the training).
If the group energy aligns and it feels true for both the facilitators and participants - 1 optional medicine journey with the Amazonian master plant teacher (grandmother) will be offered.
Dates, location & food
The dates for the three 5-day immersions are: July 1st-5th // July 15th-19th // August 5th-9th. Date for closing ceremony tba.
We will meet each day from 9-18. There will be a lunch break and smaller breaks throughout the day.
The training takes places in Copenhagen. If you live far away, there is the possibility for either booking an airb’n’b, summer camping nearby, hotel/hostel - or perhaps a fellow traveller in this training living in Copenhagen will invite you into their guest room.

Many in this world are moving through life as “tourists”, getting lost in the material side of life and extraction consciousness, leaving their hearts and getting lost in suspicious corners of the mind – forgetting that if we have chosen to incarnate during this time in Her/History of the world, we have a mission, a purpose. We carry something of the utmost importance to offer this world.
Because of this, the World, this Earth is deeply asking for more deeply devoted Heart-centered leaders, wayshowers, light-houses and shadow-dancers - and we are not here to do it alone.
People ready to step into deeper authority of their own being, stepping further into self-mastery – no longer questioning their sovereign internal guidance. People ready to step into service - whether grand or small - and to offer their authentic song-line to this Earth. Integrating the Element of Air & Spirit deeper into their Journey.
Not asking what we can gain – but asking what we can offer.
Yet, it seems many are either frightened to TRULY accept and devote themselves to the vastness of their mission/purpose - to truly allow their songline to be heard. Or perhaps have forgotten it? Or have yet to find it? Or maybe it has shape-shifted over the past few, very transformative years and is now to be redefined or re-discovered?
All of which I deeply understand. My purpose has shapeshifted too in the last year.
All of it begins with each of us, following the calling towards that which Spirit is Whispering. The Element of Air, Spirit - has been the gate-keeper to my Destiny unfolding - perhaps it is yours too?

Structural Pillars & Keys to our Being
In my experience, there are certain structural pillars and keys to finding deeper internal/external success and a more solid sense of fulfilment.
We don’t have a purpose – We are a purpose.
We don’t have a calling – We are a calling.
A Clear Sense of Purpose & Authentic Expression is vital for our thriving. Allowing our song-line to be sung free & clear. Another important structural pillar and key is : Reciprocity.
Wayramama reminds us to enter right relationship with ourselves, our emotions, our minds, the elementals, each other, SPIRIT – everything else around us - in sacred reciprocity.
It begins with self… always. Unraveling the threads of our shadows, following the golden threads that leads us through our dark corners, moving us closer and closer to the flickering flame of our Soul & Spirit. Tending to the spark of light within has never felt more important.
It is vital that we develop a strong, pure sense of self – in order to enter self-less service. An interesting paradox.
The inherent power living within us, born of Spirit, from which all life arises, leading us into service and devotion for the greater good of All, establishing a sacred connection with the universal consciousness and the power to deliberately co-create the world we desire.
This requires work, determination, and sustained effort in order to lay a solid foundation for our dreams. Keeping our intentions, devotion, and energy consistent and deliberate. Allowing Spirit to be our Ally & Guide. Make no mistake, this path asks for courage!
Yet another pillar and key is: Intention, Surrender & Devotion.
In this training we will embark on a deep journey into our own original blueprint, discovering the golden eggs carrying the seeds of our co-created destiny, in union with Spirit, leading us back to remembrance & reveals to us our capacity for true long-lasting impact - within and without.
The Elements activate through and with each other - and therefore it is inevitable that the Earth, Fire & Water will arrive to support us in this journey as well. Yet, the Element of Air and connection to Spirit remains our Focus.

We will unravel the weavings of old habitual patterns resting within us which no longer offers the true song-line of our being -and we will initiate the weaving of a new and clearer vision with golden threads of truth, purity, firmness, love, innoncence and unity, which fine tunes your instrument so that your song-line can be clearly expressed.
The element of Air –guides us into faith in the great invisible Spirit moving through our precious vessels. Playing us like Wind Chimes, harmonizing the energy of all the spaces we enter.
