Medicine of Sound

February 26th | 7 - 9.30 PM | Silent Mind Circles | Ved Slusen 21, Kbh | Exchange: DKK 222,- /€ 30

An evening of journeying with Sound, Music, Medicine Songs & Guided Meditation.

I am excited to be back with one of my absolute favourite offerings.

You are very welcome to join me the evening of February 26th in Copenhagen for a 2,5-hour musical sound journey.

In my experience, these journeys offer - first and foremost - the deep, meditative relaxation that most of us are longing for, and for which sound and music are such powerful tools.

And when we’re deeply relaxed - and therefore much more surrendered - they present the possibility to discover and explore what’s truly alive for us, at this moment in time. What our busy lives might be keeping us distracted from, but our bodies nevertheless are carrying the impacts of.

The vibrations of the instruments can really help us to allow ourselves to feel what our bodies are asking to us to feel, and from this place, maybe even tap into all the wisdom they carry, and receive guidance and clarity around our steps forward in life.

If this sounds like an offering you’d like to join, please follow the link below to sign up.

“I went to your sound bath on December 19th, and I just want to say that it was a fantastic experience ❤️ I am a singer myself and have been doing sound healing with my voice for the last year. I got so many wonderful intuitive tones in me during the sound bath 😊 Thank you again for a truly fantastic experience!”

Benefits of Sound Healing

  • The sound waves that ripple out from the crystal and tibetan bowls draw your brain waves into theta and delta states, which are associated with the deepest relaxation. This is beneficial since more than 90 % of all diseases come from some kind of stress response.

  • In this deeply relaxed state, your body releases the hormones oxytocin (the “love” hormone) and serotonin (the happiness hormone) enhancing brain function and fighting off depression.

  • Nitric oxide is released in different parts of your body. This molecule is essential for overall health because it allows blood, nutrients and oxygen to travel to every part of your body effectively and efficiently.

  • Your thinking mind can take a much needed break, giving you the freedom to explore the magical space between asleep and awake.

  • In this space, you’re more likely to find answers to questions you’ve been searching for, creative ideas, clarity, an understanding of internal blockages, peace and a sense of coming home.

  • Overall the body is essentially tuned back to a state of balance and harmony.

  • If you combine the healing vibrations with your own unique intention, the scope of the work intensifies greatly.
